Embarking on a diet is extremely difficult. Especially for an individual like myself. One that has over indulged over all these years and has eaten whatever her heart desires. I'm not quite sure what happened to me, I suddenly just became infatuated with the high saturated foods, and all these little snacks here and there.
However over this past year my weight has extremely yo-yoed and it is now time to take care of my weight once and for all. Not because I am at an unhealthy weight, but more for the aesthestic and personal reasons. Also because it becomes such a strain when individuals around you are constantly picking it out.
So here goes.
Day 1:
Pre-Breakfast Snack: Cucumber
Breakfast: Omelette, Salmon, Lettuce
Snack: Cucumber
Lunch: Vanilla Chai Latte
Snack: Cucumber
Dinner: Sweet Potato, Chicken, Lettuce, Broccoli, Fish
